Falling Feather Studios is an independent design studio creating third-party content for tabletop role-playing games, including supplements, adventures, and campaign tools compatible with Dungeons & Dragons fifth edition. We are based in South Africa.
2. Products
All products sold by Falling Feather Studios are digital downloads (PDF format). No physical goods are shipped. Upon successful payment, a secure download link is delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
Our content is third-party and fan-adjacent material. It is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Wizards of the Coast or Hasbro. All D&D fifth edition game mechanics referenced are used in accordance with the Systems Reference Document (SRD) and the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
3. Purchases & Payment
Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Currency conversions shown (USD, GBP) are indicative only — all transactions are processed in ZAR. Payment is processed securely via PayFast. Falling Feather Studios does not store any card or banking information.
By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that all details supplied are accurate.
4. Licence & Permitted Use
Upon purchase you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print, and use the product for private, non-commercial tabletop gaming. You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share the digital files publicly or with individuals who have not purchased the product.
- Claim authorship or remove branding from any purchased product.
- Use the content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Falling Feather Studios.
5. Intellectual Property
All artwork, writing, layout, and branding on this website and within our products are the intellectual property of Falling Feather Studios unless otherwise attributed. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
6. Availability & Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and previews are accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors and update product files. If a significant correction is made to a product you have purchased, we will endeavour to notify you and provide the updated file.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable South African law, Falling Feather Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
